Meet Traci!
Traci Amick is a dynamic and sophisticated force in the Traci’s tremendous expertise in new home construction has enabled her to work closely with many of Savannah’s most prominent homebuilders in both management and sales positions coordinating with clients to custom build their home. Traci was named to the Sales Council of The Elite by the Marketing and Sales Institute - a national sales consulting firm located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Approximately 80 sales agents in the Southeast were elected to this prestigious group, Traci was also featured in the Savannah Business Report as one of the top female Realtors in the Savannah area. Meet Joyce!
Joyce Ellzey, a Savannah native, has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and has been an intricate part of Traci's team since the mid 2000s. Joyce is responsible for all of Traci's marketing and advertising, preparation of listing and closing documentation and assistance with all the behind-the-scenes details and paperwork that bring real estate transactions to a close. She is the DETAIL person that oils Traci Amick's real estate engine and keeps it running smoothly!
Meet Kimber!
As the newest member of Traci's team, Kimber Fulton has more than 12 years of experience in customer service management which will enable her to satisfy even the most demanding clients!
Kimber believes in establishing a true partnership with her clients and will go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. She has not only had the opportunity to live in several places in the southeast including Florida and Charleston, SC but also lived and studied in both Germany and France. Kimber is fluent in German and proficient in French. "Kimber's degrees in Business and languages make her a well-rounded addition to our team! Very few Realtors in the Savannah area are fluent in German and French...this will give Kimber a great niche!," Traci Amick said.
